⚕️ The Pharmacy module is fully isolated from other activities. Your medications, prescriptions and dispensing data are never mixed with another module (commerce, restaurant, etc.).
Prescription entry and tracking. Statuses: pending, dispensed, partial. History by patient. Incomplete prescription alerts.
First expired, first out. Batch numbers and expiry dates per batch. Automatic alert before expiration.
Table of expiring medications (7d, 30d). Expired medications blocked from sale. Dedicated tab in the product list.
Narcotics and psychotropics flagged. Mandatory confirmation before dispensing. Full traceability of controlled sales.
Fast checkout with automatic receipt. Orange Money, Wave, MTN MoMo, cash. Patient credit management (store credit).
Dispense without internet. Automatic sync when back online.
When creating your account, select "Pharmacy" as your activity type.
Add your medications with DCI, form, dosage, batches and expiry dates.
Record prescriptions and dispense while automatically tracking stock by batch (FEFO).
The dashboard alerts you to stock shortages and medications nearing their expiration date.
