Frequently asked questions
Is Neegui available in Nigeria?
Yes: Nigeria is one of the countries offered at sign-up. Your account is created in naira (NGN).
Do I need a computer?
No. An Android phone with the app from the Play Store is enough. A web browser also works (app.neegui.app).
Does it work without internet?
Yes: the till keeps working offline and everything is sent to the server when the network returns.
Is Neegui a payment wallet?
No. Neegui records how each sale was paid; it does not hold or move money.
Is my data protected?
Each business is isolated, recorded sales, credit and refunds are checked by the server, and only the official app is accepted. See the Security page.
